Paige Payne

Paige founded the original Choice Escrow in 1988 and has been performing closings ever since. We call her our "career closer" because she has, without question, closed more real estate transactions than any other title professional in our market.

Jim Payne

Director of Business Development has been in the Springfield/Greene County real estate market for well over 25 years as a lending and title professional and is now responsible for creating new business and new ventures with lenders, developers, builders and real estate professionals. Jim is also a member of the Missouri Land Title Association committee for Judiciary and Legislative Affairs as well as a past MLTA Board Member.

Karen Markle

Karen Markle is the Manager of our Title Operations. She has been in her current position since February of '02. She has a staff of 4 searchers and examiners.
